Hi we’re the Cruz family!
We’re a family of five living our dream out in Keithville, LA.
We’re passionate about real food and healing from the ground up and the inside out.
Our journey into real food began in 2015 when our eldest was diagnosed with 13 different food allergies and our eyes were opened to the reality of prepackaged food and industrial meats.
One of the very first things we did was switch to buying our meat direct from a regenerative farm in Texas and we haven’t looked back. In fact, we’re taking the next step forward and joining the hundreds of other small mobile pastured farmers spread throughout the United States and raising our own animals for our table and yours!
In addition to growing our own food we’re passionate about helping others do the same. We’ll be sharing our gardening adventures, tips and tricks alongside recipes, meal plans, and cooking/preparation techniques so you can feel confident preparing real local food in your kitchen.
