Description
Our ladies our raised in a “compost corner” setting. This deep bedding method not only keeps their coop and run fresh and clean, it allows them 24 access to the out doors with fresh sunshine and bugs while supplying our vegetable garden the best compost throughout the year.
Our hens are spoiled with an organic, corn-free, soy-free layer feed and all the garden trimmings and scraps they could desire.
This regenerative method of egg production is less glitzy than its mobile pastured counter part, but equally successful at producing the healthiest hens while restoring soil fertility.
